Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Free Shipping Enjoy free standard shipping on all domestic orders of $100 USD or more. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Order Tracking Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at alynconceptinfo@gmail.com within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date so we can open a claim on your behalf.

Alyn Concept ships to select countries across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East. All international orders are subject to the terms below.
We Currently Ship To Canada, Mexico, United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, and Sweden.
Processing Time International orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking confirmation once your order has been handed to the carrier.

Customs, Duties & Taxes International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. Alyn Concept is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
Order Tracking International tracking is available for all carriers. Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for tracking to update.
Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay customs duties, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs. Refunds will not be issued for returned international packages.
