Exchange and Returns Policy

Returns

• 14-Day Return Window: You can return your item for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging. Ineligible products are those that are damaged, scratched, bent, or unshaped from their original condition.

• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at alynconceptinfo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

• Return Shipping: Please note that while we are happy to refund the full cost of the item, we do not cover the cost of return shipping. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please be aware this can take 3-8 days after the order arrives. You will be notified once a refund has been made. We are unable to refund purchases to a different payment method than the one used to purchase the items.

Exchanges

• 7-Day Exchange Window: In the case of defective or damaged products, we're more than happy to exchange it for the same item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for further instructions.

• Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact us at alynconceptinfo@gmail.com with your order number and details of the defect or damage. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Cancellations

• Order Cancellations: All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 6 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
